I arrived about 10:30 with Siyan. Many of the trees are already brown here. Things are very dry, but rain is coming tomorrow.

I collected data, calibrated the CO2 profile system, cleaned the radiometers and serviced the zcams.

I cleaned the inside and outside of the phenocam window. This meant moving the camera. The Ethernet connection here has been flakey and was unstable. I replaced the connector at the camera and it seemed better.

I checked all the tipping buckets (our and OSUâ€™s). The cables on the OSU 4-way net had come loose and one looked chewed. I tied them back up. Also the OSU IR temperature near the tower looks like a bird has been poking at it.

The Floor fence battery was dead and the leads corroded. I stole one of the batteries from the tram location and got it running again.

I reset the clock on the CR200 running the zcam near the floor site. It was about 30min behind.

I collected data loggers and multiplexers from the two remaining, non-functioning sap flow stations:
Near tower: CR10X sn 48042, AM16/32A sn 1429 and sn 1430
North of road: CR10X sn 47772, AM16/32A sn 1236

Siyan did soil moisture, well level, DBH and midday water potential.
