Summary: Wet and foggy, swapped 7500, swapped water CO2 probe, fixed camera mount

West Pond
2015-12-08

I arrived about 14:00 with Kyle and Dennis. It was cool and overcast with a heavy fog earlier in the day. The site is brown. The water level might be a little high and the inlets were running.

We swapped the 7500
sn 75H-2180 off: 432.5ppm CO2, 556mmol/m3 H2O, 93.7SS, 12,8C, 101.9kPa
sn 0065 on: 431.0ppm CO2, 573mmol/m3 H2O, 75.3SS, 12.9C, 101.9kPa

The 7700 read: 2.19ppm CH4, 70RSSI – 78 after cleaning

The camera was loose and had only a few photos. I tightened the screw in the tripod mount and adjusted the distance to the window. The new camera has a wider angle lens than the old camera.

I swapped the Forerunner CO2 probe. The connection on the existing probe was not taped but did not look too corroded and came apart relatively easily using two wrenches. The probe connector had not been painted and showed a little external corrosion. Probe sn GP20140022 came off and 8% probe sn GP20150100 went on.

Kyle took 360x180 panoramas
