Summary: Swapped IRGA, all looked good, installed DO probe
| Sara and I arrived at 1:14 pm. Partly cloudy with breeze. We swapped the IRGA sn 0065 for sn 75H-2182. Sara measured from the base of the mount to the middle of the IRGA to be 64 cm, middle sonic 65 cm and middle of 7700 56 cm. Sara measured water height at 17 cm. I downloaded data and Sara cleaned the sensors. DO probe sn DO-8 was installed. 7700 CH4: 1.92ppm. 1.92ppm after cleaning. RSSI: 47.8%. 64.4% after cleaning. 7500: CO2: 388.3 ppm After swap 407.5 H2O: 310.8 mmol m-3 After swap 266.5 SS: 78%. After swap 85.15 T: 12.98 C After swap 15.25 P: 103.42 kPa After swap 101.72 SOS: 343.7 m s-1 After swap 340.4 |
