West Pond
2013-11-06

We arrived around 14:00 PST. It was sunny with hazy high clouds, warm, and calm. Sara went to collect water samples while Patty and I attended to the tower and downloaded data. The new inlet was running strong and the water under the tower was at a normal high level.

The ants in the Met box have largely disappeared after Joe sealed the holes last time.

7500 readings:
CO2 = 389 ppm (408 after cleaning)
H2O = 400 mmol m-3 (315 after cleaning)
signal strength = 77.0% (82.8% after cleaning)
t = 23.6 C
p = 102.3 kPa
sos = 346.3 m s-1

7700 readings:
CH4 = 2.08 ppm (same ppm after cleaning)
RSSI = 36 (73 after cleaning)
Reservoir was full.

MET looked good.
Cleaned radiation instruments.
