This is most likely what is causing the sensors to read so far off from your reference point. I can attempt to calibrate out those marks on the sensor but I am unsure if the uncertainty will be within the 0.1°C specification. The other option is for you to trade in these units for new one’s at a substantial 40% discount, bringing the price to 3 per sensor. We decided to trade the sensor in for a new one. |
