Summary: Removed Sedpoints to use them in the CH4 hotspot experiment. Installed a few in a new location.

Camilo and I arrived at Mayberry at around 9:00 am. It was a windy day but sunny with clear skies.

We first checked the boats sitting at the levee next to the Slough, we thought about the possibility of borrowing one for the hotspot experiment. However, the boats were chained and turned out to be too big for our humble purposes.

I removed the sedpoints from the locations I used to collect porewater samples in 2020. Camilo rinsed them with DI water. We installed 5 at 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 cm at a mudflat located about 30-50 m from the tower following the channel. Most of them except the 5 and 10 cm one were getting clogged when we tried to pull water out of them, therefore I decided I would just get aquarium tubing and build new ones without the mesh.

We left at around 10.30 am and went to Sherman Wetland to install and test the sedpoints there.
