Around 9:30 arrived at Vaira ranch,

about 10 cows at SW direction, the grass seems not grew much as compared with my last visit, might be due to low temperature and less precipitation.

Flux system was running, download flux data and met data. We only missed few hours (3 hr on d072, and 1.5 hr on d062) flux data.

voltage regulator reading 13.3V, 12.5A, and 2.7A. Battery half full.

data-logger (for CR10X and CR23X) voltage reading; 12.04V,

electric fence battery voltage, 12.06V,

took 3 LAI samples, measured grass height (n=17, m=6.7cm, std=1.6)

soil moisture point sensor reading (see below).

Around 11:40 arrived at Tonzi Ranch. Oak leaf bud was about rice size, might need two more week for leaf out.

Tower flux system was running, download data. We still have lot of holes in the flux data set for the past three weeks. Apparently, change solar panel angle did not help much !

Voltage regulator reading 13.2V, 11.3A, and 2.0A, Battery half full.

CR23X battery at the top of tower is 12.32V.

Battery at the floor met station is 12.0V.

At the floor, The flux system was non-stop running until 4:30 am on d068, when Nancy left a floppy disk in the A drive of the laptop on d067.
