Summary: A Ci curves

I arrived at around 8: 20 AM. The sky throughout the day was clear with a mild breeze and some occasional gusts. I measured 5 A-Ci curves and one light response curve on the last leaf. The concentrations used in the ACi curves were: 400,300,250,200,150,100,75,50,25,10,400,500,600,800,1000 ppm. The leaf temperature was kept ambient except for the last two leaves where the temperature controller was set to try to keep the leaf temperature below 31 C. The light response curve was built with the following light levels: 2000,1500,1000,500,300,200,100,50,10,0 umol m-2 s-1. After completing the curve, chlorphyl content was measured and the leaves were cut and taken to the lab for measurements of leaf area and mass. I left at around 2 pm.
