Summary: normal maintenance and data download; teamviewer not working

Patty, Tommy, and Chris arrived 2:00pm clear sunny strong breeze

Tommy Cleaned out all funnels and replaced all filters; only top inlet looked dirty
Keyboard had died, I plugged into my laptop to charge it while I was using it on the LGR (seemed to work fine)
I tried to update Teamviewer software, by first typing control alt delete out of LGR interface, which brought me to the Linux login which I couldnâ€™t remember the password to log in under LGR so I logged in under guest, this brought me to the desktop where I could use the web browser to download the new teamviewer software. At first I downloaded the windows version before remembering that LGR is linux. So then I tried downloading 3 different Linux versions, none of which worked. Then I couldnâ€™t remember how to get back to the LGR interface so I just closed up the box and left.
Need to call LGR and find out how to get back to LGR software from desktop

Heard back from Bob at LGR (this is saved in my cell phone 650-864-2915) that I probably should have just rebooted. Open terminal and type: sudo reboot
Then the password is 3456789

Patty returned a couple days later:
Tried to reboot LGR by typing â€œsudo rebootâ€ into terminal but the mouse was frozen and so I just turned off whole thing manually using switch and right back on. LGR rebooted nicely and launched into LGR interface. All # looked fine when I left but teamviewer is still not working
Took note of the LGR serial number as requested by Bob, will try to get him on the phone this week.
