The data logger power return line is connected to 12 volt potential and the power line is connected to 24 volt potential. This is a problem and will be corrected.

I removed the data logger power leads from the 2 battery system used to power the CO2 transmitters (24 volt). I exchanged the drained battery that was originally used to power the data logger with the battery running the fencer at the floor system and the values displayed by the data logger are now reasonable. The battery installed at the floor fence had enough charge to power the fence to a full 10Kv.
