Summary: Dropped laptop in water

2018-10-11
Sherman Wetland

Joe, Alex, and I arrived at 9:20. It was a cool day, breezy with scattered clouds. The laptop was on and open, sitting on the boardwalk...and then the wind blew it off the boardwalk into the water below. We are drying it out now in the lab, but will likely need to order a replacement.

I cleaned the precip bucket and may have caused a few tips.

A lot otter poop on the boardwalk; next time we will grab the ladder from WP to place on the boardwalk and make it less comfortable for the otters.

We left around 9:45.
