Summary: Install tripods for net radiometers, data collection.

Hehn and Baldocchi arrive – clear, calm and hot

Begin installation or 2 tripods for 2 additional net radiometers – OK installed and taking data on CR23x3 signal leads in put to DE channels 9 & 10 . Two data parameters will be output on the end of the current data string:
1.) NR_1 average in mvolts cal factor = 12.9 uV/W m2
2.) NR_2 average in mvolts cal factor = instrument failure return to lab for repair/recal
