We arrived at 9:30. It was sunny and cool, breezy with thin clouds.

Sam took soil respiration measurements and did veg height/clip plots. We did not do spectral since it was partly cloudy.

Clip plot average heights:
1: 30 cm
2: 28 cm
3: 23 cm
4: 30 cm
5: 19 cm

I took 1-wand LAI measurements. Ignore first B measurement b/c I accidentally pressed LOG.

I collected met, soil CO2, camera, and USB GHG data. Sam cleaned radiation sensors and I cleaned the 7500.

I downloaded the 7550 configuration file, "sn0035_1557_TA-all_20170919.l7x" and uploaded the master configuration file, "AIU-0674_MASTER_20170912.l7x". I checked the pressure coefficients, renamed the site/station names, and reset the box.

I had trouble connecting to the Eosense forced diffusion chamber. When we arrived, it was buzzing but Sam did not hear the chamber pumping down. I cycled power, re-attached cable at chamber, and refreshed COM ports before I could connect. There was some data from 2017-09-05 and 2017-90-06, then no data until today at 10:08 when I was tinkering with it. Some of the rows of data in the past 2 weeks were 0, so I disconnected the chamber and brought it back in to the lab.

We left at 10:20.
