Summary: Standard fieldwork, camera pointing down - fixed, clipped under tower.

Kyle and I arrived at 9:30. It was mild and sunny but hazy with a light breeze from the northwest. They were picking up big bales from the fields to the north and there were spots where bales had been removed recently from our field. We clipped around and under our tower.

The 7550 box here is still using v8.0
The 7500 read: 389.0ppm CO2, 749.2mmol/m3 H2O, 24.9C, 101.4kPa, 95.9SS â€“ 98.8 after cleaning
Lots of bird poop on the tower from starling or black birds.
The ATP USB drive started to log then quit. I checked it with the laptop but couldnâ€™t get the 7550 box to recognize it. I put the APRO drive I removed back in and it seemed to work fine. The USB port seem a bit loose on this box.

The camera was pointing down. I repositioned it at about 50-50 sky-ground.

I cleaned bird poop out of the tipping bucket. I did not clean the radiometers.

Kyle did clip plots, veg height and spectral. The alfalfa was too short for LAI.

We left about 10:15
