Sherman Wetland: 2017-08-18 12:15:00 (DOY 230)
Author: Patty Oikawa
Others: Keith Zeilinger

Summary: checked on LGR, cleaned rain gauge

Keith and I arrived at 12:15pm. The PSI on the cal tank =900, much lower than last time. Also, laser drift over 18days of analyzed data so far indicate no drift in the instrument so I changed the program to run cal gas every 6 hrs. I also removed the lowest inlet (0.5m) from the profiler as I'm nervous about the water level.
The Dririte is still blue, need to keep an eye on it turning pink. I need to bring more next time to keep in the field. The flow rate into the analyzer was slightly less than 12L/min so I increased it to 13L/min. I also downloaded data from the LGR 2017/7/25 to 2017/8/18.

We noticed as we left that the rain gauge was full of poop so we cleaned it out.

New MIU program:
Tower 21600 sec (collect from top inlet for 6 hrs)
1.5m inlet 120 sec
3m inlet 120 sec
cal gas, 120sec

LGR
[CO2]=409ppm
D13C=-9.77
D18O=-2per mil
H2O 250ppm
Gas temp=44.8C
P=199.81 Torr
Laser response=12.87 us
