Summary: standard fieldwork, removed old eddy system from TT and TF

I arrived about 11am with Daphne and Siyan. Lots of flowers here and more green that at Vaira.

Daphne removed the eddy system from the Floor tower: sonic sn 000023, PCI sn 000193, LI-7500 sn 0418, CR1000 sn 50889, CFM sn 6761. She did not remove the box that housed the CR1000 and PCI because it has the main power connection to the solar panels and the CR200 that runs the z-cam. The computer box could not be removed because it has the MD9 connection in it. We need to do some work to combine the contents of these two boxes into one and removed the other.

The Floor 7500A read: 422.5ppm CO2, 535.7mmol/m3 H2O, 28.02C, 98.6kPa, 100.2SS

I removed the old eddy system from the Tower: sonic sn 000019, LI7500 sn 0976. I did not remove the CR1000 and CFM because it is collecting the diffuse PAR and phenocam images. I had to rewrite the CR1000 program because the eddy program was triggered by the sonic. The new program should run every 0.1sec and collect the diffuse PAR. I checked the heading on the tower sonic. It was 60 deg true. This should be the same as the old one that was moved two weeks ago.

The Tower 7500A read: 392.85ppm CO2, 545.8mmol/m3 H2O, 24.27C, 98.54kPa,92.6SS

We collected met data directly from each of the data loggers. We did not have the spare z-cam memory cards so Daphne moved the images from the cards to the laptop and replaced the cards.

Siyan did the standard fieldwork including midday water potential.
