Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, swapped HMP60 shield/fan

2017-03-29
West Pond

We arrived at 12:50. It was clear and sunny, warm with a light breeze. We parked on the grassy road about halfway to the tower. The water level seems a little low. The tule were ~2m tall. Elke annihilated some of the willows growing by the tower boardwalk.

We cleaned the radiation and EC sensors and Kyle swapped the HMP60 shield/fan because the previous fan was not working.

I refilled the wash reservoir; it was 3/4 full. There were many ants in the reservoir box.

I collected met, USB GHG, and camera data and put 2 mothballs in the datalogger box.

LI7500 readings:
CO2 411.6 umol/mol
H2O 480.8 mmol/m3
T 23.5 Celsius
P 101.7 kPa
SS 99.2 -> 102.0 after cleaning

LI7700 readings:
CH4: 1.9
RSSI: 54.3 -> 85.0 after cleaning

We left at 13:25.
