Summary: Standard data collection, moved solar panels, set up phenocam

Joe and I arrived around 9 am. It was sunny and there was little to no wind. We moved the solar panels so they now face south along the ditch east of the tower.

We discussed digging and instrumenting a water table well, but there is no sign that the water table is anywhere near the surface. I used the soil auger to dig a 4ft hole in the nearby ditch, but even at the bottom of the hole I did not hit the water table. We should further discuss instrumenting a well to track the water table since we are measuring methane fluxes at this site.

Standard data collection took place and all sensors were cleaned, including radiation sensors. PARin and PARout were switched in the CR1000 code, so Joe updated the headers correct this problem. The PAR_in serial number is 140452, and the PAR_out sn is 140451. Additionally, we installed a STARDOT phenocam sn 0030F4D214A4 that is facing NW off the north side of the tower scaffolding. It is currently mounted near the top of the railing due to a short cable. It will be moved to near the top of the post later.
