Summary: regular data collection, only LI7550 box teeming with ants.
| Arrived at 12:46. Sunny, mostly clear sky with fluffy clouds on the horizon, light breeze. Wetland fairly green, mostly tules have flowered. Water level looks a little lower than usual. Inlet not running. Filled the LI7700 wash water reservoir, but was practically full already. Cleaned the LI7500 and LI7700. Collected USB GHG data, collected met data from CR1000, collected camera pictures. DO upper reading =zero. Tons of ants in LI7550 box. Appear to have eaten away the styrofoam insulation and are nesting there. Cleaned out lots of eggs. We left the box open during our time at the site, closing it at 13:40. Most ants had visibly disappeared, but were likely hiding. The ant trap is completely clogged; bring new ant traps next time.
