Summary: Check on COS experiment, maybe restart after AGU

I arrived about 11:45 with Elke. Du from LGR was not there yet. At the temporary COS experiment site, all looked well, but something it the box was beeping. We went to East End while we waited for Du. He arrived while we were at East End, and when we returned to the COS site, Du had all of the LGR equipment removed from the box. Du said the noise was a laser temperature alarm and wasn’t sure how much good data they had collected.

We checked our system and notice a warning on the 7700 saying it was not synchronized. I think we traced the problem to a loose Ethernet connector at the 7550 box going to the 7700. We collected the data.

We left our system running for the possibly of reinstalling the COS sensor after AGU. If the data collected so far is not good or enough, then LGR will probably reinstall their stuff after AGU.
