Summary: Trouble connecting to 10x Campbell data loggers; trouble with md9s as well, lost a lot of data.

Dec 26, D361 visited site and downloaded data. Gillsonic on gill sonic subdirectory was operating. This was the version from the OSU study and the raw files were written to that subdirectory and were using that setup file. The file delimiter was B rather than G and I had to rename the *.raw files. The computer was unable to call the campbells. I could talk to 23x, but not 10x. I downloaded the 23x data manually from that data logger and had to edit them by hand. So far I had data from days 347 to 361. There is a gap of data from d343 to 347. I need to try and recover them next visit. The files were a mess as LG was there on a rainy day and some files and directories got deleted then reinstalled in some temp file. I tried to re-organize the files and directories on Vaira. I started a new MET subdirectory for the down loaded *23x and *10x files. As normal the downloaded *.raw files are moved to RAW. Tried to find the original Gill_sonic file that wrote to the Vaira subdirectories. It is Gill_sonic.exe. It crashed when I tried to invoke it, so went back to the former program, but changed the name of the raw file on the setup to G. So now we are using the former gillsonic.exe program. We had problems downloading data over the md9s, so only some of the data were copied and downloaded. In the latter visit we found we needed to change the pc208 calls The sonic is giving offscale values around midday. Not sure why/
