Summary: Flux program had to be restarted.
| June 28 Hi Dennis 9:00 am arrived at Tonzi Ranch. Sunny, temperature was around mid 80, very calm. Tower flux system was crash again around d174 2300. Download the data and reboot the laptop, couldn't restart the gillsonic.exe. After set up Li-Cor 6400 for A/Ci measurement (about 1 hr or so), I was able to restart the flux program. The system was running good when I left in the afternoon. The floor flux system was running good. The PC208 task seems have some problems for file naming. I finish 3 A/Ci curves at tree # 92. Jianwu did soil CO2 efflux measurements around the tree #92. the results was that soil CO2 efflux under the tree was consistently higher than in the open space. Around 4:00 arrived Vaira, power system was good (13.5 V, 10.2 A and 3.3 A). Flux system was running properly. (Finally we got one week data after two weeks system crash.) replaced Li-Cor 7500 sn 0042 with sn 0073. Replaced sonic signal cable. Restart the system. Liukang |
