Summary: Standard data collection, installed water well, swapped out camera and power converter.
| Twitchell 2014-10-30 I arrived about 10:00 with Patty. It was cool with a high thin overcast. The field is flooded with about 36cm of water. The boardwalk is just above the water. High ambient CH4 and CO2. The 7500 read: 432.6ppm CO2, 529.5mmol/m3 H2O, 87.8SS, 20.68C, 101.82kPa The 7700 read: 2.51ppm CH4, 26.5RSSI – 65.6 after cleaning – lots of spider webs. The camera took no photos. The camera and power converter were swapped out. I installed the well just to the north of the end of the boardwalk. The top of the pipe is 66cm agl, the water was 36cm agl, the senor is 140cm below the top of the pipe. The 23X read the sensor at 1.46psi. A post doc from UC Davis (Rongzhong Ye) stopped by with visitors from Beijing. |
