2220	2016-03-08	Tonzi-Tower	Removed	Lab none	This charge controller was at the Tonzi Tower. It could not read the battery bank voltage and had shutdown the load with a Low Voltage Disconnect message. I removed it and replaced it with the controller from the Tram system sn 0135002X
