From 2017-05-10 to the present (2020-01-16) and continuing samples of Colored Dissolved Organic Matter (CDOM) have been collected at Mayberry by both a continuous fluorometer and roughly bi-weekly water samples. The water sample are acidified with phosphoric acid and sent the Isabel Reche in Spain for analysis (System: TOCV-CSH-N-POC, Detector: Combustion, Catalyst: High Sensitivity, ASI Tray: 40 mL Vials). The Fluorometer is a Turner Designs 2300-000 sn 2300565, C3 Submersible Fluorometer Package configured as follows: 2300-200 C3 Chlorophyll (Blue Excitation) Optics 2300-240 C3 Turbidity Optics 2300-251 C3 CDOM Optics 2300-450 C3 Mechanical Wiper.
