Summary: Regular data collection, trees starting to lose leaves

Siyan and I arrived at 11:15. It was a sunny, breezy and day, with blue skies and hazy horizons. It was mega windy driving through the Delta--there were some small tree branches on the road. Most of the Bay Area hills are under a Red Flag warming, and classes were canceled on campus due to an imminent PG&E power shutoff. All of the grass and wildflowers were dead. The oak trees were starting to lose their leaves, and about 1/3 of the trees had sections of brown leaves.

I downloaded met/tower CO2 profile/FLIR images from the latte panda. I also downloaded GHG USB phenocam, zcam, FLIR cal panel, floor well, soil CO2, and IRT data. I cleaned the radiometers and z-cams. I couldn't connect to the Licor systems on the white netbook, only the silver netbook, even though the Ethernet settings seemed to be the same.

I also went to download the road well data, but accidentally deleted the history before saving a file, so we are missing the last two weeks of data. When the Road well global logger was 11:30, I reset the clock to 11:27 to match the laptop time.

Siyan did her regular data collection: soil moisture, well depths, dendrometers. We did not do mid-day water potential since the trees have already started dropping their leaves.
