Summary: Tried to set up Tower computer again, restarted old li-820 co2 profile, copied z-cam CR10X program.

I arrived about 10:00am with Siyan and Ana. It was clear sunny and cold with an increasing breeze from the west. The pond is still only about half full and there are no puddles on the road.

I installed the LattePanda in the computer box on the tower. I added a DC-DC converter to the solar power box to supply 12V to the screen and LattePanda. I disconnected the box fan, the MD9 and the line that used to supply the HMP45 profile. I got the LattePanda running and the Quatech serial ports appeared to be installed correctly but I could not connect to the floor met 23x. I could connect with the laptop so something must still be wrong with the Panda-Quatech setup. I brought the Panda and Quatech back for testing in the lab.

I reinstalled the LI-820 sn CGA-556 in the old Tower CO2 profile. The system was running but the CO2 values were all over the place. I cleaned the LI-820 and the numbers were steadier but still fluctuating about 20ppm and about 200ppm high. I was able to calibrate it with the gasses at the site and the numbers were coming in. I left it running and we will see what we will see.

I collected the data from the new GMP343 CO2 profile. The data seemed reasonable based on a quick look.

I retrieved the .dld code from the CR10x that runs z-cam 1 and 2. This code makes sense and I tried to use it to rebuild a CR200 program but there are complications in combining the timing for the z-cams with the new well sensor. Iâ€™ll have to work on it in the lab.

Siyan did the regular fieldwork and collected all the data. I forgot the SD cards for the z-cams so we just moved the images to the laptop and replaced the cards. Camera 3 is still offline until I get the new well measurements combined with the camera timing.

Ana wandered around and discovered two of the SMAP remote nodes that looked broken.
