Summary: Power restored to tower. Collected old Met data

We arrived at approximately 10:30. The weather was cool and cloudy/overcast. The water level was high, part of the walkway dipped in the water when walking over it.

We reconnected the solar panels and batteries with a new power controller. Secured solar panels with eight additional security bolts against theft. The controller was screwed to the bottom of the mounting structure to make it less accessible and hopefully prevent theft in the future.

The LI7700 wash water reservoir was still almost full since the station was not powered over the past 10 days.

We collected the Met data from the 23X, data had been saved up until 3:30am on Jan 12, 2016.
The USB was replaced last time during the power outage, so that was left and should be storing data.

After power was restored LI7500 showed the following readings:
CO2 = 403.42 ppm
H2O = 488.6 mmol m-3
signal strength = 81.485%
t = 14.05 C
p = 102.75
sos = 342.50 m s-1

LI7700 readings:
CH4 = 2.06 ppm (2.08 after cleaning)
RSSI = 27.3 -> 68.9 after cleaning
