Sherman Island: 2007-12-30 09:00:00 (DOY 364)

Summary: Power was down, ground fault interrupt was blown. PGE called for assistance to get system up. Soil profile wet, likely pushing out methane.

Dec 30, 2007

Went out to Sherman Island and power was down. Tried to reset circuit breakers and no success. But at the time there was one box, facing south that I could not get into. Later I found that the ground fault interrupt had blown. Problem is most locks are 4377 and this one was 7734, or vice versa. Anyway, I called PGE and them came out and helped me get the system going and checked power. The system had been down since Dec. 18.

The soil profile was pretty wet, ditches are full and the system is pushing out methane.
