This analyzer was removed from the field because it would not boot. Connecting the hard drive to a computer running Knopix Linux I could see that the drive was full and deleted some of the data files. Then it would boot but the analyzer software would crash and kick out into the service shell. There I could see that a bunch of the *.ini files in the icos folder were zero length. LGR was able to email me a copy of these files and replacing them seemed to fix the problems. |
