Notes: Large changes were seen on 6/13 after upgrading to 7500A. These were checked on 6/20 and 6/21 and the large changes were rolled back but apparently no configuration files were saved, so the last saved coefficients were the bad ones from 6/13 where CO2zero=0.9903, CO2span=1.0066, H2Ozero=0.8410 and H2Ospan=1.2209. The current cal looks good in comparison to the coefficient written down from 6/21.
