Installed a new tower about 65m northwest of the existing tower. The new tower is in about 1m of water at the edge of an existing tule patch and a deeper channel.

 The radiometer were mostly out of the water except the pyranometers of the NR01. These were about half submerged but did seem to leak.

The Mayberry scaffolding was leaning at about a 45 degree angle to the south, probably blown by the winds on 2014-12-30. Narrowly saved by one of the cross braces caught on one of the boardwalk posts

Large pond northeast of our site. The pond is about 22 feet deep and can hold about 24 acre-feet of water. They need to report their water diversion to the state and we will help by measuring the water depth.

Green herb sprouts starting to come up through the brown litter. There was about 90mm of rain last Friday through Sunday, but the ground surface looks dry and there was no puddles I could see.

Bryan said they had started to flood the wetland about two weeks ago and the water table is slowly coming up. We could see some standing water in the channels and pools around the tower.

Close up of rodent/nutria we found in front of MB tower. About 30 cm long and had distinctive orange buck teeth. It ended up being a muskrat.

We moved the tower about 2m to the west so that the legs were on the edge of the first corn row. The corn was planted about 3-4 weeks ago on 2019-05-25.

Box on the ground was flooded during this summer's irrigation that had water about 10cm above the soil surface. Half of the screw terminal was underwater, but luckily the eosFD twist connections were dry. Surprisingly, the eosFD chambers seemed fine and were recording data the whole time.

Sole retrieved teabag from the batch installed in May 2022. This was attached to a white PVC pole on the north side of the boardwalk, about 3m from the shore. Multiple roots were growing into the teabag.
