Phenology: Oak leaves comes out, ~2cm long. Grassland were blooming and heading out. Grass height in Tonzi is shorter than in Vaira site.

Qi used two sets of LAI-2000 measuring LAI along 400-m transects

1) Leave one sensor on the tope the tower, holding tightly with a bondage
· SetUP: Rmt Above. sampling frequency =15 seconds. Sampling period = 1 hr.
2) Hold the one sensor in the level and do the “Below” measurement along “V” transects.
· SetUP: Rmt Blowe, Avg = 0. sampling frequency =
· Same mask as the tower one.
· Same direction as the tower one.

Collected grass and leave samples in Tonzi and Vaira.
