Summary: Added PC watch dog to Vaira, Removed three KZ PAR sensor

14Sept01 -

Vaira - install PC watch dog interface and software on met 23x, also
install auxiliary battery on 23x/10x system with blocking diodes

- add additional power and signal wires at Vaira system - signal
lead wires placed on ground for time
being - will add conduit later


Tonzi - remove 3 Kipp/Zonen PAR sensors from tower and place leads from
Licor Par up - down sensors in
their place- remove average output from program table 2. (see 7
Sept 01)
