I tested this sensor in the lab. Its power draw was hanging up a CR1000 or maybe the Lithium power pack. I tested it on the lab power supply and it was pulling 1.4A when it should be more like 80uA. The cable is pretty beat up with lots of tape patches, cracking and one abraded spot with the internal conductors visible. Not sure if it is worth cutting off the worst parts of the cable and trying it again. |
