Campbell's evaluation:
Inspected. Cap filter is dirty and sticker labels started to peel off suggesting sensor has been deployed in a very humid environment. After tests sensor showed problems to provide correct RH and Temp data. Unfortunately sensor can't be repaired or calibrated. Warranty expired o 08-27-2022. NOTE: We suggest to acquire a new unit such as the HygroVUE10, which offers advantages worth look up, as a replacement for the damaged one.
Dead unit will be returned so that I can take it apart! |
