Notes: |
Calibration Location: Lab
Last calibration: 2021-12-03
RSSI=76%, Optical RH=29%
Ambient P=100.0kPa, Tair=21.7C
Zero Air at 625psi, AMP CA04119 4.2238 at 1600
CH4 Zero Offset: -.037ppm
CH4 Span Offset: .0392ppm
Notes: Before this calibration, I replaced fuse and fuse holder. I added some grease to the large o-ring around the base (Licor grease in the small plastic container) before reassembling everything. I followed Joe's advice to use longer helper screws help get the bottom to seat all the way in, and then replace those "helper" screws with the original screws with o-rings. During calibration for the span, I realized at 16:10 that the top heater had been on since 16:00. Probably the zero was calibrated while the heater was on. The span seemed stable from 16:12-16:18 and I don't think turning the heater off really affected it. I spanned the sensor at 16:18. After calibration, I pumped zero air into the headspace until optics RH=10%. I swapped out the old purple desiccant for a bottle of fresh blue desiccant. I added a bit of grease to the desiccant plug as well.
