Title: Troubleshooting
Notes: The camera displays the same symptoms in the lab as in the field: sounds like it powers up okay but the power indicator is solid red (not green) and no activity on the network port. I have it plugged in with the AC adapter it came with. I tried to do a factory reset but the reset button seems to have no effect. I emailed FLIR for help.
