We set this analyzer up after many years of sitting idle. It seemed to run okay in slow flow but the cell pressure dropped to near zero. I removed the internal 2um filter and it tested okay (easy to blow through). I ended up swapping it with another because it had been installed backwards (not that I'm sure that makes a difference) and it was easier change fittings on the other one. I blew the new filter out with air from the bench before installing. Notes indicated this analyzer had low pressure last time it was used. We swapped the pressure controller with the one from the other LGR which has a broken laser. This got the system working with 148Torr pressure and a 14us ring time. Running an AMP cal gas of 3.121ppm CH4, the analyzer agreed within +-1ppb. |
