I cleaned the bench. There was one black spec inside the bench and another on the source end. After cleaning, I was able to calibrate the IRGA.
Press = 1003mBar, Temp = 52.6C, Heater = ON, Filter = 0sec, span = 1000ppm.
Several cycles of zero air and span CO2 410.49 seemed to bring it back into range. |
