Returned from repair at Campbell on RMA 4887: "Verified that it would not communicate when received. Unit had several low 12V errors and corrupt intermediate location which caused the communication problems. Most likely caused by lightning strike or repeated low supply problems. Updated Operating System to latest revision 19. calibrated with documentation, temperature tested and given a bench test." |
