This analyzer ran in the lab with no flow in slow flow mode and the cell pressure started close to 138Torr and fell slowly. I replaced the internal 2um filter with no improvement. A high flow of lab bench air through the filter before installing seems to have cleaned the down stream side of the filter and did not foul the mirrors.
I bought a new pressure controller from LGR ($720) and installed it. Cell pressure was 138Torr and holding steady with good flow.
I had to change the linelock v0 value from 0.215 to 0.225 to get CH4 and H2O to lock. |
