Notes: I reset the SS from 103.9 to 100 before calibration. This 7500 has a brand new base plate because the old one had corrosion inside on of the plug tubes. I didn't end up pushing the calibrations buttons this time - it was reading a little high and the internal chemicals might still be scrubbing.

Notes: I also got the original config file from Licor that had a date of 2020-01-28 and coefficients: CO2 zero 1.0837, CO2 span 1.0057, H2O zero 1.0420, H2O span 1.0367. Seemed like very stable robust calibration - no problems.
7264 2025-05-30 Lab none Maintenance Lab none I inspected the 7500RS head. Lots of corrosion from salt at Eden Landing. The screw to hold/extract the desiccant plugs is broken off. One of these plugs was corroded and was damaged in removing it. The inside of this plug whole is also crumbling. I replaced the plug with one from an old 7500 base plate but I'm not sure the seal is great. I swapped the internal chemical - they where hard and needed a screw driver to scrape them out of the bottles. I put in new chemicals and let it run.
