Summary: Power outages at Floor and Tower, swapped soil co2 batteries, Floor computer not booting - had to use auxiliary battery.

Arrived about 11am with Siyan and Naama. Cool, overcast, light to no wind. Weather seemed to get colder and darker with significant rain when we left about 2pm. Strong coverage of new grass.

I replaced the soil co2 batter bank sn BB-TZ_soilco2. I swapped out both pairs of soil co2 24VDC battery sets. And brought the old sets plus two other old batteries back to the lab.

In the process I pulled all of the co2 sensors out and let them equilibrate in the atmosphere. There were a few strange readings and errors on the consoles as I took down and replaced power.

I replaced battery on Hideki's CR10x recording IR temperature.

Both the tower and floor sites were down due to low battery power. Cycling the charge controllers reset and re-powered the systems.

The floor computer still would not come up with the screen. The batteries read 12V and the load side on the charge controller read 11.7V, but at the computer it was about 10.5V. Hooking up a battery to the terminal strip in the box with the computer allowed it to function properly. Again I think we need to up the solar system to 24VDC and step down where we need 12V.

I wrote down much of the equipment serial numbers.
